PHOTOS: The Exclusive Cascata Golf Club

Cascata Golf Club, Boulder City, April 23rd, 2013

Nestled deep in the hills of Boulder City, Nevada you’ll find the Cascata Golf Club. This exclusive golf course is some of the best golf Southern Nevada has to offer. The Reese Jones designed layout takes you on a journey, and I mean a journey through the hills of the Nevada desert.
Unfortunately, this day had my group playing in a 30mph headwind for most of the round. The first stretch of holes takes you away from the clubhouse and up, up, up into the mountains. Playing uphill and with a headwind on a course that is challenging in calm conditions had me hostile most of the day. But hey, it was my 40th birthday so I did my best to make the most of the situation.
I hope you enjoy the photos. Cascata is truly amazing. It’s a must play in Southern Nevada and it’s something every golfer needs to experience. The customer service is so over the top you’ll leave the course feeling like a Tour Pro who just won, minus the paycheck and hot PGA Tour wife of course.
Be sure to visit the Cascata website to learn more about the course. Including rates and other amenities Cascata offers.

Awesome course. Can I caption the picture of the caddy? “See, right down there is a store and you can get these new fangled shorts without the pockets on the side”.
