LEGENDS NEVER DYE Wrap Up

with No Comments

Legends Never Dye LogoWhat a day, what a day, Legends Never Dye is in the books!

Our first ever Legends Never Dye event, and also our first EVER event period, took place this past weekend, and boy are we excited with how everything turned out.

Amidst the 110° heat, a global pandemic, and some serious social restrictions, 44 golfers braved the summer temps here in Vegas and played 36 holes out at the Paiute Golf Resort.

Thank you to all who attended!

When we started to brainstorm for this event, there were more than a handful of people who told us we were nuts, and we’d be lucky to get 20 people. And that was before COVID was a thing reckoning havoc on our lives. With a lot of changes to the activities, and the fear of the virus in the air, I was concerned we were going to have to cancel the event. But, the team out at Paiute did a remarkable job, and even with the social restrictions we had in place, I think everyone was quite pleased with how everything turned out!

I want to give the team at Paiute a shout out as well. Jeff Corrandino and his crew were rockstars, and I’m delighted with how everything went. They stepped up, even with all the Covid limitations, and allowed us to have a special day out at their resort!

Brian Brown was the Closest to the Pin Winner!

The 15th on the Wolf course turned out to be a formidable opponent for the closest to the pin contest. The players had an opportunity to buy a Breakfast Ball if needed, which also got them another raffle ticket. Brian’s shot came in at 8’1″ to secure the prize package, which included a custom TaylorMade HiToe Wedge, a print from Brian Oar Photography, and a cleaning kit from ClubPur.

I also want to give a shout out to Karen from All In Golfing Co, her first ball made a splash landing, and she decided to tee it up again. This time she stuck it to 3′!! But, she didn’t purchase the Breakfast Ball! DOOH, always buy the Breakfast Ball people!! Haha!

A big THANK YOU to all our Sponsors and Vendors!!

Without all these fantastic brands, it would have just been an excellent day out on the course. Thankfully we have made some outstanding connections over the years, and we were able to bring some new exposure to some of our favorites companies and their incredible work.
